Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Commission is not earned on:
- Domain names
- Product Addons
- Upgrade Orders
- Manually created invoices
Payout Eligibility: Minimum threshold of Rs.1000 INR Or $15 USD is required before making a withdrawal request.
Commission Delay: Any referral client account and order must be active for 60 Days from the date of payment. So commission will be added only after 60 days.
Payout Request Department: Users have to request to Affiliate Department for the payout once commission is eligible.
Cookies: Whenever someone visit the Referral URL shared by you using your unique referral ID than our system can saved an cookie to the visitor browser which is valid for 90 Days. Sometimes, this validity depends upon user browser settings too.
Terminology:
User: One who joined for affiliate program.
Client: One who signup for Product/Service(s), referred under affiliate program.
Terms & Conditions:
- Mr.HiTech reserves the rights to close this program or make necessary changes in ongoing program anytime without any prior notice.
- Mr.HiTech reserves the rights to decline or delay on any payout request without any reasons.
Mr.HiTech reserves the rights to close/ or disqualify any user account / or from affiliate program, in case of fraudulent activities. - In case, our affiliate system didn’t able to track your referral due to any technical failure or reasons, Mr.HiTech can not shared commission for it.
- Payout will be transferred in following ways only: INR Payments though NEFT Mode, USD & Other Payments through PayPal Accounts only.
- Payout will be scheduled only after raising ticket to Affiliate Department. And it may takes upto 7 working days.
- Once payout request is scheduled, it can’t be cancelled or eligible for change in payment modes.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore and shall be governed by the Laws in India.
